Gypsophila paniculata, generally known as Baby's-breath, is a developed decorative bloom well-known in the florists business, and initially from Southern European countries. There are some 55 types of Gypsophila found in European countries, Japan and the Southern Mediterranean and beyond sea. It is supposed to be to the family Caryophyllaceae, such as the common carnation.
